PSEO at South Heights

South Heights is partnering with both Crown College and the University of Northwestern to offer PSEO (Postsecondary Enrollment Options) for high school juniors and seniors, so students can earn college credit right on our South Heights campus! We are offering a variety of classes on Thursdays and Fridays!
NOTE:   College   PSEO classes will differ from the high school classes offered at SHCC.  Students in college classes are expected to regularly check their college/university email, log in to Moodle (UNW) or Canvas (Crown), and maintain  communication with their professors, following their specific instructions for each course.

Pre-Qualification!
Students who are new to PSEO in 2023-24 must apply with the Board of South Heights to be part of the South Heights PSEO Program.  The application   includes a writing sample and   a short essay  on why the student wants to participate in the program.  We want to be sure every student who participates in  the South Heights PSEO Program is prepared to be successful at the college level!
NOTE:    Level Three writing courses -   Advanced Formal Writing       and   College Prep  Writing    - are designed   to be taken   BEFORE   a student begins PSEO courses! Be sure your student is prepared for college writing  before beginning PSEO!
